Nintendo will relaunch the Nintendo NES Classic. Great news for retro fans.
8BitDo has announced a new redesigned wireless controller for the console, which will be available for reservations. Previously, the company had made the best wireless option for the NES Classic in 2016, and while the new version is not a big change, it includes some notable improvements.
The biggest change is the inclusion of a dedicated start button, something Nintendo has not yet added, even with SNES Classic tracking. The gamepad also features a slightly different design, with the four main buttons arranged in a square, rather than a cross, and a new combination of darker colors. Besides that, the new controller, nicknamed the N30 2.4G, is practically the same as its predecessor, with 2.4G wireless, a rechargeable battery and a basic adapter that simplifies the plug-and-play experience.
